Selected work / Real estate and built environment

A portfolio that reads as proof, not decoration.

Long buying cycles, few enquiries, each one worth a great deal. The old site described the company. The new one shows the schemes, the process and the people, in the order a partner checks them.

Glass and steel facade of a commercial building

The brief

Commercial property developer

Nobody signs a commercial property deal off a homepage. They read, compare, check who delivered the last three schemes, then get in touch. The old site made that research hard: a projects page with four images and no detail, a team page with no names, and a form that asked for everything before giving anything.

Search was the second problem. The company ranked for its own name and very little else, while the schemes it had actually delivered were invisible.

The challenge

The work was hidden behind adjectives.

Every page opened with a claim: trusted, forward thinking, sustainable. The evidence for each claim was somewhere else, or nowhere. Meanwhile the scheme pages, the one thing a prospective partner genuinely wanted, were a gallery with no context. No location, no brief, no constraints, no named contact.

Our approach

Structure first, then craft.

The same senior people ran every stage, so nothing was handed to a second team to interpret.
01

Structure

We rebuilt the site around the questions a partner asks, in the order they ask them: what have you delivered, where, with whom, and who do I speak to. Claims moved to after the evidence rather than in front of it.

02

Scheme pages

One template with room for the brief, the constraints, the delivery approach and the imagery, so each scheme reads as a record rather than a slideshow.

03

Search

Technical foundations first, then location and sector pages written with real market context instead of the city name swapped in. Schema so the company and its schemes are legible to search engines and AI assistants.

04

Build

Framer, with the scheme template driven by a CMS collection, so the team adds a new project without design help or a release.

What shipped

The detail that mattered.

  • A scheme template carrying brief, location, constraints and delivery detail, not only photography.
  • Location and sector pages with genuine market context, written rather than templated.
  • Organisation, project and FAQ schema so the work is readable by search engines and AI assistants.
  • Named people with real roles and a direct route to each of them.
  • A Framer CMS the team uses to publish a new scheme in an afternoon.

Where it landed

Proof, not promises.

The site now answers the research a partner was doing anyway, on the site instead of somewhere else. Enquiries arrive further along, with the scheme and the question already named.

Rankings and enquiry volume are the client's to share, not ours. We will take you through the numbers on a call once they have been cleared.

More work

Other projects.

Client names stay off the site until they have cleared them. Scope, craft and approach are here in full.
