Industries / Real Estate and Built Environment

Commercial real estate web design for people who sell buildings, not clicks.

Property is a high-consideration purchase. Nobody signs on a first impression. They read, compare, check who built the last three projects, and then get in touch. Your website is doing most of that work whether you designed it to or not.

We build for property developers, commercial real estate firms, PropTech products and ESG consultancies. Framer is our default platform. One senior team, no handoffs.

The problem specific to this industry

Why generic web design fails real estate.

Because it optimises for looking finished. Real estate buyers are running due diligence, not browsing. They want proof, specifics and numbers, and a generic template gives them a hero image and a contact form.

The research gap

A buyer does the majority of their evaluation before they identify themselves. They read project pages, compare you against two other developers, look for completed work, and check whether anything has been updated this year. A site built to convert on the first visit will lose to one built to survive the fourth.

The language problem

Property copy sits close to regulated territory. Yields, projections, availability, sustainability claims. The wording has to be accurate and defensible, not just persuasive. Most agencies write property copy the way they write SaaS copy, and it either overclaims or says nothing.

The audience split

A residential buyer looking at a new development and a corporate client hiring an ESG consultancy are not the same person and should not get the same website. Trying to serve both with one page structure produces a site that serves neither.

How we help

What a real estate web design agency should actually deliver.

Four things, from one team of five senior people. No account managers, no handoffs between a design shop and a dev shop, no brief getting rewritten twice on the way through.

Who we work with

Built for the people who develop, sell and advise on property.

We work best with property developers, commercial real estate firms, PropTech products and ESG-focused consultancies, across both residential developments and the wider built environment. High-consideration purchases where the website carries credentials, evidence and named people, not just a listing feed. We work across Europe and the US.

Where we are not the fit: web design for individual estate agents is a different brief, heavier on listing feeds and personal brand, lighter on credentials. We take that work when the fit is right, but if what you need is a standard agent site at template pricing, another agency will serve you better and we will say so.

Modern commercial building at sunset

Why Urest

What you get.

A site you can update without calling us, built by the same five people who scoped it, with measurement in place from day one so you can tell whether it worked.
  • A site your team can run: CMS structure built around how you work, with training, so adding a development does not become a support ticket.
  • Measurement set up before launch: enquiry tracking, form completions, brochure downloads and a defined baseline.
  • One senior team, start to finish: five people, 7+ years in growth marketing and web design, clients in 17+ countries.
  • Certified Framer studio, based in Poland, working across Europe and the US.
  • Honest scoping: if an integration is fragile, a timeline unrealistic, or you do not need the thing you asked for, you hear it during discovery.

We also work in education and creative industries.

Common questions

Answers, up front.

It depends on the number of project or property pages, whether listing and CRM integrations are needed, and how much content has to be written from scratch. A focused marketing site for a single development sits at the low end. A multi-project developer site with integrations and a full content build sits considerably higher. We scope and price after a discovery call rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most people who read it.

Give every project, location and service an indexable page with genuinely specific content. Keep site speed and technical structure clean, and answer the questions buyers actually search in full sentences. Plan what happens to project pages when a development sells out: redirect or archive them rather than deleting them, so you keep the authority they built. For commercial and built-environment firms, sector-specific terms usually convert better and rank faster than broad property keywords.

Claim and complete your Google Business Profile with consistent name, address and phone details, and keep those identical everywhere they appear online. Build genuine location pages with specific local content: market context, completed projects in that area, named team members, rather than templated pages with the city name swapped. Earn links from local sources: planning coverage, industry press, local business bodies. Consistency and specificity beat volume.

Both, though our work leans toward the built environment: property developers, commercial real estate, PropTech products and ESG-focused consultancies. Web design for real estate agents is a different brief, heavier on listing feeds and personal brand, lighter on credentials and project storytelling. We take that work when the fit is right. If what you need is a standard IDX agent site at template pricing, another agency will serve you better and we will say so.
