Design / Brand Design

A brand strategy design agency that builds systems, not just logos.

Brand design at Urest means positioning first, then a full identity system: logo, colour, type, voice and the applied templates your team uses every week. Four to five weeks. The same team that designs the system builds it into your Framer site.

Certified Framer studio. Five senior people, based in Poland, working with clients in 17+ countries.

The problem

Why most brand kits stop working after a month.

Because they were never systems. They were a logo, a colour someone liked, and a set of assets bolted on project by project.

The usual sequence: a logo gets made, a palette chosen in a meeting, then a deck template arrives from one freelancer, social graphics from another, a website from an agency that never saw either. Six months later the brand looks like one company on LinkedIn and a different one on the homepage.

The cost is not aesthetic, it is trust. A prospect comparing three suppliers reads consistency as competence long before they read your pitch. When your materials disagree, you spend the first half of every conversation rebuilding credibility you should have arrived with.

Most brand kits fall apart the moment they leave the pitch deck. A brand system does not, because it was built to be used by other people on days you are not in the room.

Our approach

What Urest does differently.

Two things. We settle positioning before we design anything, and we apply the finished system to your website ourselves.

Principle 01

Positioning before visuals

Visual work without positioning is decoration, and decoration cannot be judged. If nobody has agreed what the company stands for, design reviews collapse into personal taste. We start by writing down what makes you different in plain language, then present visual directions against that standard.

Principle 02

One team, no handoffs

The typical version: a studio delivers a PDF, an unrelated developer interprets it, and the live site ends up a rough approximation of the system you paid for. We build the site too, with Framer development as our default. The people who chose the type scale are the people setting it in Framer, so the system that ships is the system that was designed.

Principle 03

Marketers and engineers

Every decision has to survive contact with a real channel: a paid ad, a landing page, a sales deck, a mobile viewport. We work deepest in three industries: real estate and built environment, education and creative industries.

What is included

From scattered visuals to one brand system.

Five stages, 4 to 5 weeks end to end. You see work every week. Built to move fast without skipping the strategy that makes a brand actually stick.
01

Discovery

We audit what you have and sweep your market: current assets, competitor positioning, and interviews with the people who use the brand daily. Outputs: brand audit, competitor scan, stakeholder interview notes. (Week 1)

02

Positioning

We define what makes you different in language a customer would recognise. No abstractions, no words that could belong to any company in your category. Outputs: positioning statement, messaging pillars, voice principles. (Weeks 1 to 2)

03

Visual Exploration

Multiple directions, each presented against the positioning rather than against taste. You pick one and we refine it. Outputs: logo concepts, colour and type options, moodboard. (Weeks 2 to 3)

04

System Build

The chosen direction becomes a working system: full logo suite, colour system with defined roles, type scale, and applied templates across web, social, decks and print. Outputs: finalised logo suite, full colour and type system, applied templates. (Weeks 3 to 4)

05

Handoff

Brand guidelines document, organised asset library and clear usage rules, written so a new hire or outside freelancer can use the brand correctly without calling us. (Weeks 4 to 5)

What you get

  • Brand discovery and positioning workshop: the audit, the interviews, and the session where positioning gets decided and written down.
  • Logo design and usage guidelines: primary, secondary and mark variants, with rules for size, spacing and backgrounds.
  • Colour palette and typography system: defined roles for each colour and each type level, with accessible contrast pairings.
  • Voice and tone guidelines: how the brand sounds, with real before-and-after examples.
  • Applied brand assets: social templates, presentation templates, email signature. The formats your team reaches for on a Tuesday.
  • Brand guidelines document: one file that holds the system together, written to be used rather than admired.

Where website design is in the same engagement, the system is built into your Framer site by the same team. Webflow and custom React and Next.js are available where a project genuinely needs them.

Common questions

Questions about brand design.

Four to five weeks from kickoff to handoff. Week 1 is discovery, weeks 1 to 2 positioning, weeks 2 to 3 visual exploration, weeks 3 to 4 system build, and weeks 4 to 5 handoff. The timeline holds when feedback comes back within a few days and one person on your side has final sign-off. Slow or split decision-making is what stretches brand projects, not design time.

A logo is one asset. A brand system is the set of rules that makes every other asset consistent with it. The system defines which logo variant goes on which background, what each colour is for, how type is sized and paired, how the brand sounds in writing, and what a social post or a slide is supposed to look like. A logo tells people who you are once. A system keeps the answer the same across your website, decks, ads and social.

Brand first, in almost every case. A website is an application of the brand system. If the positioning, colour roles and type scale are not settled, you are making those decisions inside a web build under deadline pressure. The exception is a hard commercial deadline, where a working site matters more than a perfect one. In that case we set the minimum brand decisions needed, ship the site, and complete the system after. Because the same team does both, sequencing it that way does not mean rebuilding later.

Brand design is quoted per project, and the range depends on scope: how many applied templates you need, whether a website is part of the engagement, and whether we are building from scratch or extending an existing brand. Buying brand and website together is meaningfully more efficient than buying them separately. Tell us your scope and timeline on a call and you will get a fixed quote, not an hourly estimate.

Start here

Let's find out if your brand has a system or just a logo.

Tell us what you have, what keeps breaking, and what you are trying to launch. We will tell you whether you need a full brand build, a refinement of what exists, or nothing at all yet. A short call is usually enough to know.

We reply within one working day. No deck, no pitch.
